BOM Meeting, Wednesday 24th September 2025

Apologies
Adoption of the previous meeting’s minutes
The minutes of the last meeting were ratified by the Board. The previous Reports to the school Community were reviewed and will be signed by Daniel on Friday 26th.
Correspondence
Frederique has resigned from the Board. Frederique kindly offered to complete a handover with the new treasurer when appointed. Frederique was thanked by the board for all of her incredible work. — there are currently two roles to be filled on the board.
Principal’s report
All admissions now closing 30/09/2025 with new admissions window opening 01/10/2025.
Finance
The Finance sub-committee met prior to the BOM meeting.
The Board will progress the solar panels in order to save on running costs.
Ongoing review of school policies
SEN Policy – Ratified
Staff Absences Policy – This policy was ratified and will be reviewed again in June 2026.
Bi Cinealta Policy -Ratified

Child Protection Checklist — Signed by Sinead and Daniel.
PTA
The PTA EGM will be held of I st October and will look to appointing the roles within the PTA.
The PTA will be holding NPC training in forming a PTA this will be held on 1 3 th October

An email from Educate Together was circulated to the Board.
AOB
Tesco Blue Tokens were applied for with the hopes of raising funds for the school.
