BOM Meeting, Thursday 19th March 2026

Adoption of the previous meeting’s minutes
The minutes of the last meeting were ratified by the Board. The Report to the school Community was also signed.
Finance
Lisa has provided the BOM with the November Accounts. These accounts were signed.
Lisa is preparing the financial report parents to be presented to the PTA at their AGM.
Ongoing review of school policies
None
Premises
Daniel has secured a date of March 3 1 st for the installation of the Solar Panels.
Safe Routes surveyresults were shared with the board. It was agreed to share the 2 page infographic with the school community and look for additional input from the school community. There will be a meeting with Safe Routes to School and various stakeholders and the County Council with the school after the half term. They will come to the school and monitor and both drop off and pick up times.
PTA
PTA are to hold their AGM on Monday 23 rd at 7pm.
Report to the School Community
The pub quiz will be planned for May.
After School Activities
Homework Club — Will be starting after the half term. Communication has gone out to parents. We are looking for a commitment for the term. The rate is €8 per day. It will run from 14.20 to 15.20, Monday to Thursday in April and May.
