Memo of Minutes of BOM Meeting, Tuesday August 23rd 2016

The Board conducted a walkthrough of the new school building. Although the building is not quite ready, it is hoped that the official handover will take place in time for school to start as expected on Thursday 1st September.
It has been decided that the open day, planned for Sunday 28th August, will not take place. However, the school plan to hold a coffee morning on Friday 2nd September.
It was noted that there will be an extensive snag list. The Board hope to find someone within the school community who would be able to help compiling this list.
It was agreed to write up the drop off and collection procedures for each class.
There have been some minor changes in the IT quotes for the new school.
