We are delighted to confirm that our aftercare opening hours will extend to 5.30pm Monday to Friday from Monday 14th January 2019.

Our aim is to provide a welcoming space for children to enjoy after the school day finishes, encompassing both indoor and outdoor play & completion of homework.

1.30pm – 2.30pm             Junior/Senior Infants snack time, indoor play & story time

2.30pm – 3.30pm             Junior/Senior Infants outdoor play

1st – 6th class supervised homework club or extra-curricular activity if registered

3.30pm – 4.00pm             Afternoon snack in the hall for Junior Infants – 6th class. Please remember to send in an                                                    extra snack in schoolbags.

4.00pm onwards              Outdoor games & activities (weather permitting), relaxing reading & chill area, arts and                                                       crafts, board games, Lego & toys. Please note, our aftercare facility is a technology free zone.

Specific Days – To register your child to attend aftercare on one or more specific days every week, please complete the attached registration form and return it to Lisa at the school office.

Ad Hoc attendance – To utilise aftercare on an ad hoc basis, please complete and return the attached form and tick the “ad hoc” box. Please note, we require 24-hour notice for any ad hoc attendance to confirm if we have availability on the day.

Our aftercare facility is €5.00 per child per hour or part thereof and runs from 1.30 to 5.30pm Monday to Friday. You will receive a bill on the first Monday of each month, to be paid on that date, for the days attended in the previous month. Aftercare will close at 5.30pm sharp, please ensure children are collected promptly. 24-hour notice of cancellation required otherwise hourly rate will apply.
