BOM Meeting, Tuesday 9th June 2026

Adoption of the previous meeting’s minutes
The minutes of the last meeting were ratified by the Board. The Report to the school Community was also signed.
Principal’s report
Sinead explained to the Board that there will be a Curriculum Evaluation in Maths on Thursday 11th June and Friday 12th June.
Sinead shared the results of the standardised tests for 2nd, 4th and 6th with the BoM.
The results of the school specific survey results were shared with the board. These will be shared with the school community in term 1.
Premises
Safe Routes To School have not yet been in touch.
PTA
The PTA run a teddy bears picnic for incoming infants in August in Kilmacurragh.
A new Parent coffee morning will be hosted in early September.
After School Activities
Homework club has finished.
E.T Report
Going forward the Educate Together membership fee will be added as part of sundries per family of €25 from next year.
Educate Together are conducting a survey on school accommodation.
AOB
Global Art Trail – has been postponed until Term 1.
All members of the In School Leadership Team provided a written report to the Board of the work they have done this year. The board wishes to thank all ISLT members for their hard work.
