Extra-Curricular Activities Presentation to the Board detailing the history of ECA activities for the last two years, breakfast club history, how extra-curricular activities are currently set up and proposal for extra-curricular activities going forward, including pre and post school care.
All extra-curricular activities will run in term time only, including school half days.
School will provide aftercare until 6 o’clock providing a firm commitment that at least 15 children attend.
ECA activities should move to providing more of an online option for both registration and payment.
Training Child protection training for staff Friday 4th May.
Parent’s Aladdin Connect Package – School to write to parents informing them what information will be released on Aladdin. Parents will be asked for their consent and relevant information will be shared with others who have given their consent.

Sammon have been into school to sort out unresolved issues.

The retarmacking of the yard to be completed over the next couple of months
Policies The Board signed off on the Enrolment policy.
Finance IT written report regarding Paradyn was shared with the Board
School has applied for Wicklow County Council fund and Arts in Education fund.
PTA report Presentation by Niall Wall to the PTA Wednesday 24th April regarding new Secondary school patronage.
The Board also considered some routine matters, which for reasons of confidentiality are not included in this report
