see below our plan for the week ahead to help keep you informed of what is happening in our school.
Important Dates:
Thursday February 29th – Final day for return of Junior Infants paperwork for school year 2024/2025.
Friday 1st March – Junior Infants Immunisation Programme to take place in the school hall
World Book Day – Thursday 7th March
Dear school community, we are looking forward to celebrating World Book Day 2024 on the 7th of March in school. We would like to invite all students to dress up as their favourite character from their favourite book, as a fundraiser to further develop our classroom libraries. If all students could bring in 2 euro each on the day. All donations would be greatly welcomed.
Thank you for your time and we are looking forward to seeing some famous literary characters coming to life.
Wednesday 20th March – school will be closed for pupils. Staff will receive training in the revised Primary Maths Curriculum.
County Photos – school photos will take place on Wednesday 10th April.

Thursday 29th February
5th class swimming during the school day. Reminder to all 5th class parents to ensure children bring some extra lunch on Thursdays as the children are always hungry after swimming.
