Please see below our plan for the week ahead to help keep you informed of
what is happening in our school.
Important Dates:
Enrolments 2024/2025 – A reminder that this Monday 20th November at 2pm
is closing date for receipt of applications for school year 2024/2025.
Winter Fair – Sunday 26th November 12 – 4pm
Monday 27th, Tuesday 28th and Wednesday 29th November – Jnr Infants
Hearing and Vision Screening
Winter Performance Concert Thursday 21st December
Friday 22nd December – half day closure for the holidays.
Parent Teacher Meetings Wednesday 22nd November – the school will close
early at 2.05pm to facilitate the Parent Teacher Meetings. All buses will depart
at 2pm that day. If your child goes to an after- school childcare provider please
inform them directly of the early school finish.
School Calendar 2024 – We are delighted to confirm that our school calendar
2024 is now available to purchase through the Aladdin app. Thank you to
everyone who helped to create this calendar and to our sponsors. The calendar
is one of the most important fundraisers for our school and your support is
greatly appreciated. Funds raised from the sale of the calendar will go towards
supply of equipment and facilities for play, outdoor activities and physical
education. The calendar can be purchased using the Aladdin payment link sent
by email earlier in the week. The closing date for ordering is Friday 1st
December. If you wish to purchase a calendar please click on the payment link
and enter the amount you wish to spend in the payment field. Prices are as
follows:
1 calendar €10.00
2 calendars €18.00
3 calendars €25.00
4 calendars €30.00
5 calendars €35.00
Monday 20th November
Dental Forms 6th Class and Lorna, Christine, Ola’ Classes – deadline for return of completed
forms to the school office
2nd Class visit to Wicklow Library for a Comic Workshop. Please ensure you
have completed the consent request on Aladdin for your child.
Tuesday 21st November
5th Class Blue library visit
GAA Coaching 3rd and 4th Class
Winter Fair- the PTA will be collecting donated items for the Winter Fair.
Collection will be at 1.20 and 2.20pm.
Wednesday 22nd November
Parent Teacher Meetings
A table will be available at the Parent Teacher Meetings for donation of items
to the Winter Fair
Thursday 23rd November
5th & 6th Class Barnardos Online Safety Workshop
Winter Fair – the PTA will be collecting donated items for the Winter Fair.
Collection will be at 1.20 and 2.20pm.
Friday 24th November
Sunday 26th November
